Rose Kettle (born 1933 or 1934),[1] commonly known as "Rosie", is the second eldest child of Ma and Pa Kettle.[2]

Personal lifeEdit

After graduating from high school, Rosie attended Sheraton College and found a job in Seattle, Washington.


Gloria Moore portrayed Rosie in The Egg and I (1947) and Ma and Pa Kettle (1949). Lori Nelson portrayed Rosie in Ma and Pa Kettle at the Fair (1952) and Ma and Pa Kettle at Waikiki (1955). She is also mentioned by Ma in Ma and Pa Kettle at Home (1954) and The Kettles in the Ozarks (1956).
