The Kettle Farm is the name given to the ramshackle homestead of Ma and Pa Kettle. It is located on the rural outskirts of Cape Flattery, Washington. It was in danger of condemnation until the Kettles won their house-of-the-future. In 1950, a man named Manson bought the property by paying the back taxes. However, the Kettles, with the help of their daughter-in-law's father Jonathan Parker, recovered the farm shortly after.
